A vanilla therapeutic arts space for kinksters…

Being in relationship(s) which some may judge, misunderstand or criticize can really suck. Especially when those people are supposed to help! Therapy asks you to bring your whole Self to the table -woah “How can I be expected to explore pleasure and joy when I don’t feel safe to bring really important parts of my pleasure and partners to the conversation!?” If you self-identify as someone whose relationships, desires and pleasures are “non-conventional” this is your space and time to explore You!

Come and experience your creative Self in this structured therapeutic arts workshop.

Each workshop will explore creative, therapeutic art-making to inform, heal, and grow. The purpose is to focus on what feels good for you through art making and self-reflection. You will be introduced to themes related to joy, self-esteem, personal growth edges and expression, all through art making.

This group will not specifically focus on BDSM/Kink practice or dynamics, and it is a shared space to know they are welcome points of conversation or exploration.

The Workshop Deets

If you've been curious about art therapy or sex therapy - this workshop is for you! Therapeutic arts is very similar to an art therapy workshop, however we keep themes, discussions and questions about the present moment; no diving into your past, your emotional worlds or how you might work to change behaviours or responses.

This spring we will introduce the Circles of Human Sexuality (Dailey, 1981) by creatively looking at Sensuality and Intimacy. We will be grounded in these themes and each workshop will have a unique invitation.
