Mental Health Workers’ Art Group

The Shape of your Heart. February 28, 2022 Group directive

An open, flexible art therapy group for practicing mental health workers in any field of practice (including students!).

More and more mental health workers and supports are being asked to do more, with less. We are asked to hold up the well-being of so many pieces of our society with very little regard for our needs. The time has come for MH professionals and students to share a creative space focused on you, and doesn’t involve training, clinical issues or other work-related things. This is your time, I encourage you to take it creatively!

Join a peer curated space to de-stress, decompress and engage in some of that magical self-care stuffs! You are invited to create a artwork based on joy, play and self-reflection. This is self-care! Not work, or learning - just creative time for you!

Monthly sessions are open, sign up will be required to receive the link. Sessions are $20.00 +hst. For booking please follow the link below.

Questions or other inquiries can be sent directly to heidi@alignedhealth.ca
